What should i do help me please so confuse at dis point ?

Ok my period isn't due until 19th of June I had on the 11th of June and my last period was May 22nd now I'm having signs of pregnancy like sore/swollen/tender/heavy and headaches queasy and eating more and now I have mild cramps but no period what should I do should I wait for my period I mean its in two more days well after dis day one more day should I take a test after the 19th or wait longer confuse
