Is it safe to use aquaeous cream on a cat?

i think my pregnant femal has a hotspot i can't get to the vet till tuesday as i am disabled. and just wondering if it would help her. she tends to sit on my tv which gets quite warm she is due to give birth on 17th april. she has a vet appoint on tuesday for worming. she doesn't have fleas or parasite she is an indoor cat. and the pregnancy was an accident
