yes you can have internal and external at the same time, But they should not bleed all the time only when inflamed. You could try some over the counter items from the store, I used the wipes and the cream when I had a flare-up. Also, you may want to try and drink more water and eat some fiber( like raisin bran) you sound constipated, you know the hard feces that hurt when you go. Flare-ups shouldn't last more than a week or two, if you continue to bleed you really need to see a doctor, cause it could be something worse and not a hemorrhoid at all.
