Who would u take #1 overall in the 3rd season of my Fantasy Baseball Keeper Franchise League?

I would take either your suggestion of Sandoval or I would go with Youkilis if you want to keep a hitter....but since you're keeping Webb who is a huge question mark for this year I might think about drafting CC Sabathia since you didn't list him as someone else's keeper. At least then you'd have a #1 healthy pitcher on your team.
