When to get baby christened/baptized?

There is very little difference in baptism between these two churches. They both believe what the true Christian Church has believed and taught for 2,000 years. Except that the Orthodox give the sacrament of Confirmation at the same time. Unauthorized manmade denominational churches founded in the past few hundred years of course have badly warped views on this subject (as illustrated by posts below). When should the baby be baptized? "As soon as possible" is the standard generality. "Within a couple of months of birth" is the usual schedule. In the meantime, don't worry too much about the possibility of an innocent baby dying before baptism. Even though Jesus clearly said that no-one could enter the kingdom without baptism, what we know of our loving and merciful God leads us to believe that He does not send innocent children to hell, even though the final destination of such children has not been specifically revealed.
