Can you take two Zolofts in one day (50 mgs)?

It's completely safe...in fact zoloft may be prescribed in dosages up to 200 mg (ie. 4 pills)...but it has to be slowly worked up to that level. So you may safely take a 50 mg pill today and it will be safe even if you have already taken one...but try not to do it again without your doctor's approval.
