What do you do in this situation- how do you keep your head, when your already dealing with so much?

You have every right to see your medical records and challenge them. If you dont agree with what is written then you challenge it , especially if it is blinding other DR`s treatment of you. Unfortunaltley what tends to happen in a lot of cases though not all, is that DR`s do not have the time to read your file thoroughly and so skip through it to get to what they deem important and they have their own language, they write things that mean something between dr`s that we know nothing about. So get access and read them
