Psychogenic seizures and getting help?

we live in hawaii (big island) and my wife is bi-polar. we have 3 psychiatrists in the area that takes our insurance. Three weeks ago my wife started to have seizures. Last week, we went to Honolulu for testing and it was determined that they were psychogenic. The internal medicine Dr. initially started she was "faking" them. Then once it determined they were psychogenic, the released her with NO TREATMENT. We asked that she be placed in the psyche ward because she is manic and have dozens of seizures a day. They gave no medicines or advice. Just told us to see our family Dr. and for her to see her psychiatrist that sees her once every 4 months and even in emergencies isn't available. We are so stressed out trying to get her help. Any suggestions?
