My father would not have won 'father of the year' award. Is it ok if he doesn't walk me down the aisle?

We have been estranged for several years. I don't believe he always acted in my best interest, but in his own instead. He did not abuse, me but I believe he may have if he had the opportunity. Although I have no actual proof (other than my gut feeling) I believe he abused my sister who is now deceased. I have basically forgiven him because I believe he has some kind of 'problem' but don't believe he should have a place of honor at my wedding.
