I went to a local alterations/cleaners and they were making 100s of dresses for a particular company?

me as an individual, have many wonderful ideas for fashion designing, but I just cant sew..ok, well I want to know can I (myself) declare myself as a "company" and ask this particluar cleaners to sew my designs and then I, sell the clothes out of my house...how do I go about setting up myself as a businness, like online or something...what do I do?
